This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a Halsten order or subscription. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

One-Time Orders

If you'd like to cancel a one-time order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because we aim to ship quickly, cancellation requests for one-time orders can only be honored before the order has shipped.

Subscriptions — How They Work

When you sign up for a Halsten subscription, you enroll in an automatically recurring order, and your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee. You may cancel through any of the following:

  • Online: Visit our Cancel Subscription page and submit the cancellation request form. Your subscription will remain active until you receive confirmation from our team.
  • Email: Contact us at info@halstenshop.com with your order number and a request to cancel.

Once you cancel, you will not be charged again and no further subscription orders will ship.

Renewals

Your subscription continues and renews automatically until cancelled. It is your responsibility to keep your account and payment information current so your subscription can be managed correctly.

Charges After Cancellation

If you are charged for a renewal after you have cancelled, please contact us at info@halstenshop.com with your order number and we will review and correct the charge.
